A free PDF generator is integrated for perfect printing of mailing addresses. Define customized print templates and use them to print any documents, overviews and master data lists from Contacts.

Exporting selected addresses and master data to MS Excel is simple. Use the Infozoom add-on module to create charts and meaningful analyses to put your strategies on the right track.


International deployment

Contacts is a multilingual application, so all employees can use the same application wherever they are based. They simply select the language for their working environment in the settings. Which means it’s easy and quick to create reports even across different countries.

You can store any number of international address formats. Simply select the country in an address and the correct postal format is displayed immediately.
