GEDYS IntraWare 7 Sales helps you to process customer inquiries, arrange appointments, create visit reports and quotations – while never losing sight of your sales targets. All sales documents are easily managed in the electronic customer profile. No more lengthy searches for data when creating quotes. In the product database you can organize your entire portfolio by product group, individually with prices, discounts and other product-specific information.

Mobile workers can exchange data with the central server at any time. In combination with the additional Mobile CRM module, Sales enables you to link and synchronize any customer information with a Palm, Handheld or Pocket PC in complete security.

The user-friendly IBM Lotus Notes calculation uses the convenient multiple-currency product editor and includes all product information from the product database. The Sales module also has an Excel calculator with data import and export. Assign values from the Excel calculation to product groups and obtain a meaningful forecast report.

You can carry out as many calculations as you like for each sales opportunity and copy them to the quote if required.

You can also use the quote generator to combine different templates and create the final quote.
