To acquire the CD with the newest releases, please refer to your direct contact person who can be found in the Contact area or on the GEDYS IntraWare partner sites.

Version of Domino-Server(s)

Version of Notes Clients

As the possessor of a maintenance contract, you have, aside from the opportunity to obtain convenient updates of product versions, the gratis use of our GEDYS IntraWare product support.

Should you wish to obtain an individual offer for a maintenance contract, or rather, not close such a contract, yet still update your products, please refer to your direct contact person by telephone. They can be found in the area Contact or on GEDYS IntraWare partner sites.

Name and version of the deployed product

Version of Domino-Server(s)

Version of Notes Clients

You have the opportunity to request further license keys for used GEDYS IntraWare products. To obtain the necessary license keys, please refer to your direct contact person who can be found in the area Contact or on GEDYS IntraWare partner sites.

Replica ID

Notes organization

Number of new licenses

What is the Replica-ID?

The Replica-ID is a distinct identification of your installed data base. To display the Replica-ID of a data base:

1. Open or select the required data base.

2. Select File Data base Features and click Info on the register.

3. Here you will see the Replica-ID.  

 


What is Notes-Organization?

In the field Notes-Organization, enter the name of the organization of your Lotus Notes / Domino-User-ID. Using the following example, we can help you to find the name of your User-ID.

To find the Notes-Organization

If your user name is set up in the following manner, then you will have the following values for your Notes organization:

Hans Mustermann/GEDYSIntraWare ->GEDYSIntraWare

HansMustermann/Sub-Organization1/GEDYSIntraWare -> GEDYSIntraWare

HansMustermann/Sub-Organization1/GEDYSIntraWare/DE -> GEDYSIntraWare
