Petersberg/Braunschweig – The relation to the customer, the maintenance of existing customers and the acquisition of new customers is in the focus of every company’s business. After all, an efficient management of customer relations is key for economic success. However, so-called Customer Relationship Management (CRM) also means challenges and problems for a company. Normally, all the different departments of a company are in contact with the customer, each experiencing delays or misunderstandings due to communication or information deficiencies.

 

The CRM expert GEDYS IntraWare has recently taken a new efficient way in customer maintenance with its CRM solution “GEDYS IntraWare 7“ based on Lotus Notes. The comprehensive suite will, for the second consecutive year, take centre stage of GEDYS IntraWare’s CeBIT appearance in hall 2, stand E30. It provides a broad range of innovative CRM tools and features for sales, marketing, field work and service and enables companies to have a 360 degree view of every customer. With “GEDYS IntraWare 7“ all customer processes in the company can be organised efficiently, consistently and transparently: from the company-wide address, to group appointments, to campaign, complaints and document management, to complaint management through the ITIL compliant Helpdesk and to sales information system with electronic customer file and opportunity management.
