Maintaining customer relations goes mobile: Mobile CRM is introduced at CeBIT 2008


Petersberg – Today’s business world is above all one thing: fast moving. Often, important decisions have to be made at once and everywhere – no matter where the field staff members are at any given moment. However, to be able to react quickly and make the right decision for the customer, much more information is usually necessary. Usually, there is no time to retreat to the office to work on documents or check important customer activities and details. Therefore, all information concerning a customer must also be accessible en-route.

 

Thanks to integrated BlackBerry end devices into the comprehensive CRM suite "GEDYS IntraWare 7”, mobile Customer Relationship Management is now a reality. This not only optimises the relation between customers and the employee but also the communication between a company’s various departments. Because emails, calendar entries, contacts and important customer information from all over the company, including across departments, can be quickly and easily assembled and accessed on-line. Replication with end devices or local storage is not necessary any more.
