Maintaining customer relations goes mobile: Mobile CRM is introduced at CeBIT 2008 Petersberg – Today’s business world is above all one thing: fast moving. Often, important decisions have to be made at once and everywhere – no matter where the field staff members are at any given moment. However, to be able to react quickly and make the right decision for the customer, much more information is usually necessary. Usually, there is no time to retreat to the office to work on documents or check important customer activities and details.
