Petersberg / Braunschweig – The information chaos has Germany’s companies under control. They receive countless documents and written communications via email or postal mail. No matter if these are orders, requests, cancellations of appointments or applications for leave, they all have to be noticed and dealt with in time. To add further chaos, some of your employees are unavailable due to sickness or vacation. Due to “Workflow”, business processes can now easily be planned, controlled and evaluated at the PC. The CRM suite based on Lotus Notes makes it possible to electronically shape cross-departmental business processes in fine detail. “Workflow” smoothly and transparently carries out complex processes such as the maintenance of customer relations, communication and working processes.

 

Thus, employees are provided with ready-made documents and forms for each working step in advance.
