Petersberg -Winner of last year's prestigious IBM Award "Best Total Lotus Software Solution", the CRM-Suite "GEDYS IntraWare 7" will be present at the Lotusphere in Orlando 2009 from 18. to 22. January and promises to unveil a brand-new enhancement: The new module "Analytics" offers a complete Data Warehouse architecture for a professional Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and has the ability to generate meaningful, as well as authentic customer profile forecasting. The new solution transforms data, such as customer details, sales and marketing information that have been collected in the operative CRM system over a long period of time into detailed analyses. These analyses become the basis for marketing, sales and further customer-related activities and can be used for target group specific campaigns, while serving to maximize the company's success.
GEDYS IntraWare will present its CRM-solutions at the Lotusphere stands 407 -412.
