Petersberg -Winner of last year's prestigious IBM Award "Best Total Lotus Software Solution", the CRM-Suite "GEDYS IntraWare 7" will be present at the Lotusphere in Orlando 2009 from 18. to 22. January and promises to unveil a brand-new enhancement: The new module "Analytics" offers a complete Data Warehouse architecture for a professional Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and has the ability to generate meaningful, as well as authentic customer profile forecasting.


The new solution transforms data, such as customer details, sales and marketing information that have been collected in the operative CRM system over a long period of time into detailed analyses. These analyses become the basis for marketing, sales and further customer-related activities and can be used for target group specific campaigns, while serving to maximize the company's success.

 

GEDYS IntraWare will present its CRM-solutions at the Lotusphere stands 407 -412. GEDYS IntraWare accounts for the CRM division within the GROUP Business Software AG, which presents itself as Knowledge Sponsor at this year's Lotusphere. "Thanks to its latest expansion by the module 'Analytics' the comprehensive CRM-Suite‚ at Lotusphere 2009 GEDYS IntraWare 7' does justice to its last year's IBM award. At the same time, we continue to demonstrate our leadership in innovation in the area of CRM on the basis of Lotus Notes", explains Ralf Geishauser, CEO of GEDYS IntraWare GmbH.

 

For many companies, CRM solutions have become more valuable, because of the improved accessibility to relevant customer data, such as appointments, activities and campaigns. The CRM Suite "GEDYS IntraWare 7" makes such revenue and service processes possible. For example, with an incoming email you can see all relevant customer data directly in your email inbox, also customer activities can be archived easily and customer processes can be organised independently by individual employees or locations.
