German know-how in international demand. GEDYS IntraWare GmbH will close their 2006 financial year with an operating surplus. The CRM specialist consolidated its presence in the booming CRM market further. Already more than 1,500 companies worldwide rely on the solutions of the German supplier for Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
The driving force behind the success is the newly revised GEDYS 7 product line, introduced at the beginning of the year. In addition to the tried and tested CRM solutions, it contains new modules for the planning, management and evaluation of sales and marketing campaigns. With the solutions of the next generation, the CRM specialists managed to convince a multitude of new projects and customers of their expertise. But also the strong growth in the CRM market segment – the recent topic of a study of the consulting firm Capgemini – was of benefit to the German supplier.
"For many of our customers, in particular the technologically modern architecture, the innovative solution approach as well as the widely developed functional range were decisive criteria to decide in favor of our products, despite sometimes higher prices", Joachim Weber, Managing Director of GEDYS IntraWare, remarks happily on the positive business development.
In the month of December alone, the company managed to convince the persons responsible of more than 10 large-scale projects with an expected overall project volume in excess of 2 million Euros to decide in favor of its solutions. "Our innovative products not only facilitate and coordinate working processes, but also make it possible for companies to have a 360 degree view of their customers. Last but not least, our competence in the introduction of CRM solutions has obviously also convinced the clients", Ralf Geishauser – also Managing Director describes the decisive advantage of GEDYS IntraWare over their competitors. This allowed the CRM specialists to score also internationally in 2006 - in countries such as Sweden, Norway, Finland, Great Britain and the USA.
The prospects for the coming financial year are also promising. Accordingly, the company can already show full order books for the first quarter of 2007. "The list of our new customers for 2007 reads like the “Who’s who” of the German business world", Geishauser illustrates the situation with respect to the well-known large concerns and medium-sized market leaders, which have opted for collaboration with GEDYS IntraWare in “the new year”. The CRM experts look into the future with appropriate self-confidence and optimism. |
