with take-over of US competitor

Dear sir or madam,
Dear business partner and customer,

 

We would like to inform you personally today of the acquisition of the leading company in Lotus Notes based CRM solutions in the USA. GROUP Technologies AG, the parent company of GEDYS Intra Ware, announced in a press release its intentions to acquire a corporation.


Through the purchase of the Relavis Corporation, with it’s base in New York City, the business interests of GEDYS IntraWare in the USA should be developed. The contractual finalities are expected to take place in June with the take-over becoming active as from July 1st 2007.

With the purchase of Relavis, the company not only acquires a strong brand but also one with know how in the north and south American markets. Worldwide Relavis supports some 600 customers both directly and through their partner network. Thanks to the leading position of GEDYS IntraWare in the European market, customers will receive the services of the first worldwide supplier of standard CRM solutions in Lotus Notes / Domino.

An essential aspect of the strategic decision is the readily available know-how of Relavis Corp. in the area of mobile and internet based CRM. This area of Customer Relationship Management, which is in particular demand in the American market today, is expected to gain considerably in importance on the European market in the future.

Moreover, the already established worldwide partner network, as well as the international customer structure, provides a decisive milestone in the expansion strategy.

GEDYS IntraWare expects a further increase in its market position, along with noticeable synergies in the areas of service,sales and marketing, as well as product development.

With the aid of a support offer which stretches across numerous time zones, you, as a customer and business partner, will profit from a higher service quality and availability. Thanks to the enhancement of the coverage in international CRM installation, we are in a position to implement projects with contact partners directly on location.
