London, September 2008 - On 18 and 19 September 2008 the UK Lotus User Group held its second large annual meeting in Central London. With over 200 people in attendance, two days of breakout sessions, IBM Lotus Connections Labs and a sold out sponsor area, the organisers were very satisfied with the great showing from the UK Lotus community. As one of the sponsors IBM Premier Business Partner and biggest European ISV GEDYS IntraWare presented its various flexible Lotus Notes applications, including sales, marketing and service management solutions for an effective 360 degree Customer Relationship Management.

Moreover, with their numerous modules for the most different company fields GEDYS IntraWare 7 also addresses every-day problems and challenges in single customer processes.
Especially the GEDYS IntraWare 7 Helpdesk solution and the GEDYS IntraWare 7 Workflow module were of main interest to the British and international UKLUG audience. The visitors learned how to make IT processes more efficient and to improve service quality with the help of the ITIL-compliant helpdesk and complaint management for IBM Lotus Domino. Integrated in the GEDYS IntraWare 7 Service module, the Helpdesk solution increases quality and reduces response times in every service support department. Thus, it exactly met the visitors' expectations and requirements for clearly defined processes that help to manage many incidents and to improve processing and the quality of results.
The Lotus Notes community saw the GEDYS IntraWare Workflow module as a further highlight of the company's solution portfolio. For many organisations the Workflow module, which is available as a stand-alone module and compatible with every Notes database, offers exactly what they still lack: a company-wide process management. It enables small and medium-sized companies as well as big internationally operating organisations to manage forms, activities and applications electronically, allows them to accelerate processes in every department and to control all documents and activities throughout the whole company.
GEDYS IntraWare's complete modular Customer Relationship Management solution offers its users mobile CRM with BlackBerry, web access and the possibility to switch between the languages German, English, Spanish, Italian, French and soon also Russian within the application.
